Welcome to Registration for the 2025 virtual National Conference for Women

*If you have already registered this year and are purchasing additional tickets, do not start a new registration. Please login to your existing registration and choose Purchase Items. This ensures all of your tickets are seated together and makes it simpler for you to manage your attendees.

Group Purchases
You may purchase up to 100 Conference tickets per transaction. You do not need to know the names of all attendees when purchasing tickets. When buying multiple tickets, you will enter contact information for your group's main contact. Next choose the number of tickets desired. After payment is processed you may enter all attendee information, or you can wait until later to do so. There is no discount for purchasing multiple tickets.

Payment accepted by credit card only
At this late date only credit card payments are accepted.

Assigned Seating in Keynote
Keynote seating will be assigned based on the date of registration. To be guaranteed seating with friends or colleagues you will need to register together, in a single registration.

We do accept seating requests for those in separate registrations, and are usually able to accommodate (but do not guarantee them). Please email registration@maconferenceforwomen.org to make a seating request, and include the name and registration ID for each registration. Seating requests will be accepted until October 1.

Accessibility
The Conference for Women strives to create an inclusive and accessible experience for all attendees. If you require an accommodation for a disability, please email us at least two months before the conference at info@maconferenceforwomen.org.  

Cancellation Policy
We do NOT offer any refunds for ticket purchases, no exceptions. You may, however, easily transfer your ticket to another party. Simply login to your account to Edit the ticket assignment.
